Meet William Idenobe Usman
William Idenobe Usman is a seasoned Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, recognized for his distinguished service in both public and private legal practice. With a career that blends legal excellence, community leadership, and humanitarian service, he currently serves as a Senior State Counsel with the Edo State Ministry of Justice and as a Legal Practitioner with A Vincent Solicitors in Woolwich, London.
A graduate of the University of Benin, Mr. Usman holds both an LL.B (2011) and LL.M (2015), and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. He has furthered his expertise with professional certifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution and United Nations–Certified Dispute Resolution Training in London.
Beyond his legal work, he serves as Secretary of the Law Officers Association of Nigeria (LOAN), Edo State Chapter, and has earned multiple awards for his leadership and community service. His earlier contributions include roles in the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria, student leadership positions at the University of Benin, and presidency of the National Association of Okpella Students (NAOS).
A passionate faith leader, Mr. Usman is also an ordained pastor with a Certificate Diploma in Theology from Omega Bible Institute, with several recognitions for his service in ministry.
